I Remember at that time when we firstly join there was a lot of excitement and confusion that how could I manage it and there is no one know each other and the internet connectivity issues but all the confusion was solved and every week there would be a lot of excitement in the session and both mam would bring a lot of excitement and the energizer which they bring energy in the session.

So there is many best things that I was able to manage it the first thing the Pomodoro Technique the way I manage the time well and interesting thing is that we get the best result from this technique.

The other thing was the Lollipop moments which I can’t thought about that this will be work and sometime Lollipop also change your life so in my whole carrier there is one person that always give Lollipop in the form of advises which made my carrier now.

The other most important thing is Amal Secret 1 — Keep learning new things which I always try to learn new things and enhance my career level and many people often ask that what are the secret tips we teach in the fellowship that help students become efficient and proactive so always spend some time on a new skill and don’t take the easy roads that will make you lazy and always spend the time on more difficult road because when face this kind of situation you will learned new skills like now a days I work on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Analytics.

And the other Secrete is Become a lifelong learner so As a lifelong Learner is to when new technologies or concepts comes we should to update ourselves according to the technology then we will be the part of now-a-days Tech Worlds.

So as Lifelong learner is a form of self-initiated education that is focus on personal development.

It has generally been taken to refers to the learning that is occurs outside the formal educational institute such as a school, university or corporate training.

Lifelong learning does not necessarily have to restrict itself to informal learning, however. It is best described as being voluntary with the purpose of achieving personal fulfillment. The means to achieve this could result in informal or formal education.

We’re all lifelong learners

But what does personal fulfillment mean?

The reality is that most of us have goals or interests outside of our formal schooling and jobs. This is part of what it means to be human: we have a natural curiosity and we are natural learners. We develop and grow thanks to our ability to learn.

Lifelong learning recognizes that not all of our learning comes from a classroom.

· For example, in childhood, we learn to talk or ride a bike.

· As an adult, we learn how to use a smartphone or learn how to cook a new dish.

These are examples of the everyday lifelong learning we engage in on a daily basis, either through socialization, trial and error, or self-initiated study.

Personal fulfillment and development refer to natural interests, curiosity, and motivations that lead us to learn new things. We learn for ourselves, not for someone else.
